Remember to let me know if you are attending as it makes it so much easier to ensure that everybody receives a meal.
Some regulars have adopted a policy of “we will be at all events - unless we let you know” and that too is very acceptable.
I send a reminder E-Mail about a week before each event so if you would like to be added to the list please advise.
The E-mail I send out is to BCC so no other recipient will be receiving your e-mail address therefore you do not have to
worry about your details being broadcast by me.
